Payment Methods and Delivery Times

• Retail orders for the kits are fully paid after e-mail received from the studio about readiness to proceed with and confirm your order. The approximate time-frame to prepare the order for shipment is 5-10 business days after the payment accepted.
• Bulk orders can be paid in two parts: 50% after the order placed and 50% and postage just before the finished order sent.
• When ordering the HQ painted miniatures for connoisseurs and painted souvenir figurines, the prepayment is made in full, the due date and the order readiness date are agreed in addition. The production time for finished painted figures depends on the workload of the studio artists and the volume of your order.

We send your package by First Class Airmail, which takes about 7 to 25 business days to most countries.
　　a. To the USA, Canada it takes about 10 to 20 business days.
　　b. To the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and most other European
       countries it can take 7 to 14 business days.
　　c. To South America and Australia it can take 20 to 30 business days.
　　d. To other countries it can take 15 to 25 business days.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fix, whereas transport ones depend on the weight of your items. We charge up pretty low shipping fees to enable our customers to save money. Our boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
